Scott joined our actuarial team at SGRisk in 2012. Since then, Scott has worked with many clients, getting exposure and gaining experience across the majority of personal and commercial lines. He has worked extensively with Workers Compensation and Medical Malpractice. In this role, Scott has worked to produce a variety of actuarial work, such as reserving, producing actuarial or loss reserve specialist opinions, funding and captive/RRG feasibility studies, ratemaking (development and support for new rates, changes to existing rates, etc.), as well as other analyses to aid and support claim liability management decisions. Working with hospitals, captives/RRGs, self-insurers, municipalities, and insurers have shaped Scott’s perspective on how each client has it’s own needs and approaches.
Scott graduated from The College of New Jersey with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minor in Actuarial Science. He is an Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and is a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
